ICSAF2026 – 6th International Conference on Sustainable Global Agriculture & Food
On behalf of Theophane Venard School of Food Biotechnology and Innovation, Assumption University, it is my great honor to welcome you to the 6th International Conference on Sustainable Global Agriculture & Food (ICSAF2026), to be held on 5–6 March 2026 at our Hua Mak campus in Bangkok, Thailand.
This year’s conference, themed “Emerging Innovations and Trends in Food Biotechnology for a Sustainable Future”, brings together a vibrant network of scholars, researchers, students, and industry professionals from across Asia and beyond. Co-organized by four leading universities—Assumption University (Thailand), Saigon Technology University (Vietnam), Fujen Catholic University (Taiwan), and Soegijapranata Catholic University (Indonesia)—together with the Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT), ICSAF2026 continues its mission to foster regional and global collaboration in sustainable agri-food innovation.
The program will feature keynote addresses by distinguished experts, plenary sessions, oral and poster presentations, and interactive forums that explore cutting-edge topics. We warmly invite you to join us in Bangkok to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable agriculture and food biotechnology.

CALL FOR PAPERS
ICSAF2026 invites researchers, academics, industry professionals, and students to submit original research papers, case studies, and reviews that address innovative approaches and emerging trends in sustainable agriculture and food biotechnology. The conference aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and global collaboration to advance food systems that are resilient, inclusive, and future-ready. Authors are invited to submit abstracts or full papers in English. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected for oral or poster presentations. Accepted papers may be considered for publication in the conference proceedings.

Submission
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- At least one author of the abstract must attend the conference. Each author can submit a maximum of two abstracts (regardless of his/her position in the list).
- Submission of abstract must be completed via our online platform by specified deadlines only.
- Please use abstract template and follow our guidelines. Submissions will be rejected or returned if they do not comply with our requirements.
- All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by the deadline, otherwise, their abstracts will be automatically withdrawn from the program.
- Name your abstract file as Lastname_Firstname_Abstract.docx
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
- Full Paper Submission: The submission of a Full Paper is optional for participants.
- Please use the full paper template provided on the conference website to prepare your full paper. Detailed instructions and guidelines are included in the downloadable files.
- The deadline of full paper submission is 28 February 2026.
- Research and Publication Ethics: Authors must ensure that all studies involving human subjects or animals described in the manuscript adhere to relevant ethical standards. Ethical approval or exemption, as well as a declaration of conflicts of interest, if applicable, must be clearly stated at the end of the manuscript.
- Name your proceeding file as Lastname_Firstname_Fullpaper.docx.
All submitted papers will undergo a peer-review process and selected papers will be published in Scopus-indexed proceedings in the BIO Web of Conferences journal, subject to scope and quality considerations.
Guideline for Presentation
Information for Oral Presentation
- Language: English
- File Format: PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF.
- Presentation Duration: 10 min presentation + 5 minutes Q&A in English. Please strictly follow the schedule.
- Submission: Upload slides to the conference system before your presentation session. A PC-compatible computer and a LCD projector will be provided.
Information for Poster Presentation
- The poster must be in English. The poster size must be A1 (594 × 841 mm or 23.4 × 33.1 inches), Orientation in portrait (vertical).
- Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their posters. Accessories (like adhesive tape) for setting up the poster will be provided by the organizer.
- Time for poster attachment will be specified according to presentation schedule and will be notified on the conference website.
- Poster presenters are expected to appear in front of their posters during their scheduled sessions.
